At Empowering Minds, our disability services are all about giving you the confidence and support to live life on your terms.
Our disability services aren’t one-size-fits-all—we shape them around what you need, drawing on years of experience to make a real difference. We’re here to listen, adapt, and offer practical solutions that empower you, whether that’s tackling daily challenges or chasing bigger goals.
With a team that’s easy to reach and respects every background, we’re committed to helping you feel stronger and more in control, no matter where you’re starting from.
Starting a new job, apprenticeship or trying to figure out where you fit in the working world can feel overwhelming. We work alongside young people and jobseekers to build confidence, develop communication skills, and navigate challenges in the workplace.
Whether it’s about managing stress, handling workplace relationships, or setting clear goals for your future, we take a calm, practical approach that’s shaped by real experience. If you’re an apprentice and feeling unsure or stuck, you’re not alone — we’ve supported many people just like you to speak up, stay on track, and feel empowered at work.
Our psychology disability services, covered by NDIS, Medicare, Workcover, and TAC, give you a safe spot to unpack whatever’s on your mind.
With over 15 years’ experience, we provide therapy that is flexible, respectful, and always centred on your individual needs. We work with people of all ages — from children through to older adults — across a wide range of challenges, including trauma, relationship concerns, disability-related mental health, and emotional wellbeing.
Our support work is grounded in connection, reliability, and a genuine understanding of people’s everyday lives. From getting out into the community to managing day-to-day routines at home, we’re here to provide practical help while also giving space for independence and growth.
We’re proud to work with people across all ages and cultural backgrounds in the Melton area, offering assistance that’s flexible, respectful and built around real human connection.
Recovery doesn’t always follow a straight line — and it definitely doesn’t come with a manual. Our upcoming psycho-social recovery coaching will focus on supporting people to regain confidence, reconnect with the community, and take small, practical steps towards the life they want.
Drawing on lived experience and years in the mental health and disability space, we’ll be offering guidance that’s real, respectful, and grounded in day-to-day realities. Whether you’re feeling stuck or trying to rebuild after setbacks, this service is designed to help you feel supported — not pressured.
Do you have a question or just want to talk things over? Our team’s ready to listen and help, whether it’s a quick catch-up or a deeper chat about what you need. We’re here when you need us and are ready to give you clear, useful answers.
We’re a team with years of experience, here to empower you with honest, practical support that fits your life.

NDIS social groups
Social support that feels natural
We’re currently putting together relaxed, inclusive social groups for NDIS participants who are keen to connect, chat, or just hang out in a low-pressure space. These won’t be stiff or structured — they’ll be shaped by the people who show up.
Whether you’re someone who loves a laugh, wants to meet new people, or just needs a reason to get out of the house, our groups will offer a safe, welcoming space where you can be yourself. More details coming soon, but we can’t wait to create something together.
